My husband and I had the most wonderful time during our private Deep-Fried Hong Kong Cooking Class with Chef Paul. He was incredibly kind, personable, and welcoming, and made the entire experience feel relaxed, fun, and special. The food was absolutely delicious - I honestly wish I could eat it every day! We also went home with an amazing amount of leftovers for our meals the next day. It was such a memorable experience, and we will absolutely be signing up for another class with Chef Paul!

My husband booked a private omakase experience for my birthday and it was fantastic! Chef Paul was personable, a great teacher, and came prepared with all the necessary ingredients and utensils. He taught us the basics of Japanese cuisine and walked us through making several delicious foods (nigiri, rolls, tempura, miso soup, etc). Highly recommend booking a class with Chef Paul! 🍣🙌🏼

Husband and I were gifted a sushi making class with Chef Paul, and it was awesome! He is very knowledgeable about his craft and taught us many things about sushi and food preparation in general. Gave great product and store recommendations that we will definitely be checking out. The sushi was delicious and really fun to make. Would highly recommend this for a fun date night.

Chef Paul came to our home to do a sushi making course. Amazing!! We had so much fun with him and learned so many things from proper knife skills to proper sushi rolling. How to make gluten free tempura but most importantly…making a sushi roll without Nori. Thank you chef Paul, we will do this again.

It was a wonderful experience with Chef Paul! The sushi and rolls were all very exquisite and savory, I already want to have another taste of it right now. And I loved how there were options to do a private cooking class or experience making the food through learning with Chef Paul.
